The ranges below are meant to give you a general idea of investment. Final pricing depends on the size of your space, condition of surfaces, level of prep required, and product selections.
Premium Materials & Supplies
We use high-quality paints, primers, and materials to ensure a durable, long-lasting finish.
- Premium Paints & Primers: $60–$150 per gallon
(based on product selection and client preference) - Job Materials & Supplies: Starting at $250
(includes tape, plastic, drop cloths, caulk, wood filler, sandpaper, and more)
Every material we use is selected with performance, finish quality, and manufacturer warranties in mind.
Professional Labor & Application
Our labor pricing reflects the level of care, preparation, and craftsmanship that goes into every project.
Interior Painting
- Ceilings: Starting at $1/sq ft
- Walls: Starting at $2/sq ft
- Doors: $100 (both sides)
- Windows: Starting at $25 each
- Trim: Starting at $5 per linear foot
Exterior Painting
- Siding: Starting at $2/sq ft
- Trim: Starting at $6 per linear foot
What’s Included in Labor
Every project includes:
- Detailed surface preparation (patching, sanding, spackling, priming)
- Full protection of surrounding areas (tape, plastic, drop cloths)
- Professional application techniques for clean, even finishes
- Thorough cleanup, touch-ups, and final walkthrough
Exterior Prep (When Needed)
- Pressure Washing: $300–$900
Removes dirt, mold, mildew, and buildup to ensure proper paint adhesion.
Additional Services
For projects that require more specialized work, we offer the following services:
- Cabinet Refinishing: Starting at $150 per door/drawer front
(includes cabinet boxes/frames; excludes cabinet interiors) - Deck & Fence Staining: $3–$5 per sq ft
- Wallpaper Removal: $5 per sq ft
(includes removal, surface repair, primer, and two coats of premium paint) - Popcorn Ceiling Removal: $3–$5 per sq ft
(includes removal, patching, priming, and two coats of ceiling paint)
